Junior Schedule:
Mondays: 6 pm-7 pm * Temporarily not running*Pun very much intended.
Wednesdays: 6 pm-7 pm
Fridays 6 pm- 7 pm
Saturdays: 10 am-11 am

Senior Speed & Agility
Our senior groups focus on:

For the athletes looking to get in some extra work and increase burst speed and agility!

Frequently asked questions
What should we wear to the sessions?
Regular workout cloths and indoor sneakers. Please do not wear cleats or other outdoor shoes.
Do we need to bring anything with us?
Just a water bottle, good attitude and good work ethic!
Do you do any weight lifting?
The only resistance training (wiehgt lifting) we do is age and development stage appropriate. Any wieghts used will be determined by one on our coaches to suit each individual so that we avoid loading any impropper movement patterms that can lead to injury. We do not put your young athlete under a barbell or do and spinal loading.
Do you run on holidays?
Typically we close on holidays but we do our best to limit the number of sessions cancelled due to holidays.
How long are the sessions valid for?
There is a 6 month expiry from the date of purchase, however we can make exceptions in some cases just as Injury.
