What do we do?

Rotating focus
Each session has an overall focus such as Linear speed, Running mechanics,agility, power production, etc. by rotating the focus each week, we ensure each athlete can get the full spectrum of skills while also helping reduce the risk of injury.

Regular assessments
Testing to see how we are improving over time!

Structured workouts
Starting with a dynamic warmup to prepare for the work ahead.
Moving into speed, footwork, and plyometrics that are age and development-stage-appropriate
Strength work that is also age and development-stage-appropriate
Conditioning so keep our endurance up!
Frequently asked questions
What should we wear to the sessions?
Regular workout cloths and indoor sneakers. Please do not wear cleats or other outdoor shoes.
Do we need to bring anything with us?
Just a water bottle, good attitude and good work ethic!
Do you do any weight lifting?
The only resistance training (wiehgt lifting) we do is age and development stage appropriate. Any wieghts used will be determined by one on our coaches to suit each individual so that we avoid loading any impropper movement patterms that can lead to injury. We do not put your young athlete under a barbell or do and spinal loading.
Do you run on hoilidays?
Typically we close on hloidays but we do our best to limit the number of seessions cancelled due to holidays.
